What you need:
1) Jailbroken iPhone via Pwnage 2.1 tool
- QuickPwn (Quick Jailbreak) via Windows
- QuickPwn (Quick Jailbreak) via Mac
2) Launch Cydia, and Choose the System Category
3) Choose IntelliScreen and Install

Start IntelliScreen - Close after getting Trial-License, then move the files from the .zip:

IntelliScreenConfig => in /Applications/IntelliScreen.app

IntelliScreenDisplay, IntelliScreenMail & IntelliScreenSB into => Library/Intelliborn => Set rights 775
